Warden Boodja is a proudly Indigenous Australian-owned transport and logistics company founded by Cody Hill, a proud Wajuk Noongar man, alongside lifelong friend and business partner Jacques O’Brien.
Built from shared values, real industry experience, and a strong connection to Country, Warden Boodja was created with a vision to deliver reliable, professional transport solutions across Western Australia while building genuine long-term relationships with clients and communities.
Having both lived and worked throughout regional and remote parts of WA, Cody and Jacques understand the importance of dependable service, strong relationships, and showing up when it matters most.
What started as two mates with a shared vision is now a growing Indigenous-owned business focused on supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, agricultural, and regional sectors across Western Australia and interstate.
Jacques and Cody have been close mates since childhood, and their decision to build a company together came from years of shared experiences, trust, and aligned values. Their goal is to create a transport and logistics company that combines professionalism with genuine relationships and strong service standards.
As Warden Boodja Logistics continues to grow, Jacques remains focused on building a respected Australian company known for dependable service, operational capability, and long-term partnerships across the transport and logistics sector.

Cody Hill

Cody Hill is the Co-Founder of Warden Boodja Logistics and a proud Wajuk Noongar man with a strong connection to Country, community, and culture.
Growing up on Noongar Boodjar (Country), Cody developed a deep respect for the land and the responsibility that comes with working across it. His vision for Warden Boodja was built around creating a professional transport and logistics company that combines reliability, strong relationships, and cultural integrity.
As an Indigenous business owner, Cody is passionate about building opportunities, representing Indigenous business with pride, and creating a company grounded in honesty, hard work, and respect.Through Warden Boodja, Cody aims to build long-term partnerships across Western Australia while growing a respected Indigenous-owned company within the transport and logistics industry.
Jacques O’Brien
Co-Founder | Operations & Logistics
Jacques O’Brien is the Co-Founder of Warden Boodja Logistics, working alongside lifelong friend and Indigenous business owner Cody Hill to build a professional logistics and haulage company servicing Western Australia and beyond.Born and raised in Western Australia, Jacques has spent years working across transport, labour, and industrial environments, gaining firsthand experience in fast-paced operational roles. His background includes working around heavy vehicle operations and loading and unloading tankers, where safety, communication, and efficiency were essential every day.
Having lived and worked throughout Northern Western Australia, Jacques developed a strong appreciation for regional communities, hard work, and the people who keep remote areas operating. The experience shaped the direction of Warden Boodja Logistics and reinforced the importance of reliability, long-term relationships, and delivering on commitments.
